Is it better to eat healthy and not exercise or exercise and not eat healthy?
If your goal is weight loss, 95% of your focus should be the “calories in” part. The “calories out” part should be a basic understanding of about how many calories your body burns while existing. I would say that long-term weight loss success is incredibly rare if the main focus is “calories out”. T
