I am never ever buying another Fitbit
I am pretty sure fitbit intentionally make their products break immediately after the warranty runs out. My wife’s Luxe died like 2 weeks after the warranty expired, my second Luxe too. Luckily my first Luxe died like 1 week before the warranty ran out so they had to replace it

Inaccurate Distance Tracking on Inspire 3
I had a Luxe too.. it also died just after the warranty. I went to Amazfit and it's been great. The Amazfit Band is about $45 and does a LOT more than the Luxe does. It is bigger, and that is the only complaint. I have. My Luxe would just shut off. It had to be connected to the charger to turn it on.

Farewell Charge 5
I can relate. I bid my broken Fitbit Luxe goodbye.... after ten years of Fitbit. They were great little devices, at one time. Google has been slowly destroying the company they bought. Amazfit is way better.

How are fitbits now?
Don’t buy one. I’m just waiting for my Luxe to finally stop working so I can switch to something else, anything would be better than Fitbit at this point. Their entire product line has been stagnant for years, with no meaningful updates, frequent server outages, confusing features like “cardio load,

Luxe shutting off
Same thing happened to me - discovered it was any sort of vibration that caused it to short out. I followed all the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. Fitbit refused to assist. I bought another Luxe on a Black Friday sale hoping that this was a one off issue, and my new one is even worse than

Ugh. The syncing issue is getting ridiculous.
Same!! The only thing that works for a minute is restarting my Fitbit luxe. And 10 minutes later same problem again. This Fitbit is a little over a year old. It should still be fine and was fine until recently

My Fitbit is dying
I have been losing features on my Luxe Fitbit, too, and it’s difficult to charge. I also don’t want to link up to Google.

Help?
It's poor product design. This eventually happens to most Fitbit Luxe's. When they designed it, they did not do adequate testing. When this bug started to surface, Fitbit kept selling Luxes, that they knew were defective. When I have to replace my Luxe, it won't be for another fitbit. It's pretty ob

New Fitbit devices in 2026
How old is your Luxe. My charge is doing the same thing - but I've never had a fitbit make it past 18 months - 14 months is the average. Mostly I've had every iteration of the charge.

Baseball Mom / Wife Christmas Ideas
I have had two FitBits and I also loved mine until I didn’t. The screen on the first one cracked somehow (I did not recall doing anything to cause it.) The second one was a Luxe FitBit and it just stopped working after less than two years. My point is that there may be a limited life on these. My so
