Fitbit buy through google

Just had my lovely Luxe die on me. I called the helpline, we went over the troubleshooting, and they determined it was dead and gave me a 30% off coupon for their store. My Fitbit was two+ years out of warranty I think. So, definitely call them as an option.

Have you tried contacting fitbit, my fitbit luxe did the same thing and I contacted them and they sent a replacement for free, I did not have warranty for it either. I think it's worth a try

Best alternative

That's not my experience. Assuming it lasts to December my Versa 4 will have lasted 3 years. This is my first Fitbit but I have a family member on her 3rd Fitbit and the previous two each lasted 3 or more years (an Alta HR and a Luxe). The Alta HR actually still works reasonably, it's just the Luxe
