So long and thanks for all the fish

Same.I've been using a Fitbit daily since 2014. I now have a Luxe that powers off randomly throughout the day. Fitbit's own forums are filled with people complaining about this problem, going back years. No fixes. refunds, and they continued to sell the devices after the comments started pouring in.

My experience with faulty Luxe under warranty (EU)

I had a back and forth with Fitbit for about a month for the same issues with my luxe, they finally agreed to send me a new one. I, however, no longer cared for Fitbit because of how hard that process was so stopped using them completely! (uk based) x

Farewell Charge 5

I can relate. I bid my broken Fitbit Luxe goodbye.... after ten years of Fitbit. They were great little devices, at one time. Google has been slowly destroying the company they bought. Amazfit is way better.

Luxe shutting off

Same thing happened to me - discovered it was any sort of vibration that caused it to short out. I followed all the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. Fitbit refused to assist. I bought another Luxe on a Black Friday sale hoping that this was a one off issue, and my new one is even worse than

I want to apologize

I bought a Charge 6 this year in January. Seems it’s impossible to get help from the company. I had gotten help once when having issues with my Luxe but I think that was before Google bought Fitbit. I’m having issues with hourly activity showing up consistently in the app. It shows on my actual devi

Bye bye Fitbit (10 years)

I'm sick of Fitbit and their drama too. I'm looking at the Amazfit Band 7, since I don't want all the smartwatch features. My Fitbit Luxe stopped working after two years. When I researched the problem, I saw posts going back YEARS. So Fitbit kept selling a device they knew to be defective. Plus I'm

Buy new fitbit Luxe online or move to Inspire?

DO NOT BUY A LUXE Luxe has a software problem that makes them randomly turn off... repeatedly. Check out Fitbit's own forums. They're full of people complaining about this problem.... and fitbit hasn't fixed it. To turn the thing on, you have to connect it to a charger.... which is a huge hassle. Al

How have you guys found other fitness devices compared to Fitbit? (as I've lost patience with Fitbit lifecycles)

I switched to Amazfit, and it's been great... and only cost $45. The Amazfit band 7 does everything my fitbit did, and more. The battery life is anywhere from one to two weeks. It also has weather and spotify controls. I've been fed up with Fitbit for getting rid of challenges, the google crap, and

If you had to buy a new Fitbit what would you buy?

No, I wouldn't. I replaced my Luxe in November after it's battery degraded after 2 years. My Inspire 3 hasn't tracked my run distances correctly since day 1. Just tried again after countless back and forth with support and it's still not working correctly. Rather than replace my Inspire 3 under warr

Is Fitbit still worth buying?

Fitbit user for 10 years and like others say (I'm not a Google hater though) it's definitely not what it once was. I've bought the Blaze, an Ace and currently using a Luxe. Will not be buying anymore and will be looking for a replacement in the near future. I'm not a super user, but there's just too
