So long and thanks for all the fish
Same.I've been using a Fitbit daily since 2014. I now have a Luxe that powers off randomly throughout the day. Fitbit's own forums are filled with people complaining about this problem, going back years. No fixes. refunds, and they continued to sell the devices after the comments started pouring in.

MEGATHREAD: Fitbit / Google Health Alternatives, App Replacements, and Device Switching
I used a Luxe for years. Since they discontinued it and I have a small wrist I switched to the air. I don't like it. It's bulky and I don't like having to open my phone every time I want to see my step count etc. the other Fitbit models are also too bulky for me so I don't know what to do. I'm havin

Ok what is going on?
Google is killing Fitbit. No new devices.App "tweaks" that make it a misery to use.Constant glitches. They want us to buy Google Pixel Watches. That's what is going on.And it has been, since shortly after the buyout. Time to jump ship, and get used to a new brand's interface and app.I have been looking

Fitbit Luxe - worth it to buy now?
I’d probably skip the Fitbit Luxe at this point. With support ending in 2026, you’re buying something that might start losing features or getting buggy sooner than you’d like..if you want that same slim, jewelry-style look, check out panther eclipse, it’s much closer to that Luxe aesthetic but witho

To anyone who has had a fitbit die in the past what was it like in the lead up to when it happened?
I've had two of them die. My Luxe just started powering off. Because of it's dumb "no button" design, the only way to turn it back on is to connect it to the charger. It started shutting off more and more. I had a Force HR... the band broke, I replaced it. The housing broke, I replaced that. It star

How are fitbits now?
Don’t buy one. I’m just waiting for my Luxe to finally stop working so I can switch to something else, anything would be better than Fitbit at this point. Their entire product line has been stagnant for years, with no meaningful updates, frequent server outages, confusing features like “cardio load,

is fitbit freezed? I don't see any new release since 2023
When my Fitbit Luxe dies, I think I'll switch to another brand entirely. I feel like Google is killing Fitbit intentionally and refuse to reward them by buying Pixel. That's just how I feel though.
