Looking to get a Fitbit solely for sleep tracking, I won’t wear it other than at night. Found one lightly used on marketplace for $40 which seems like a good deal but was wondering if anyone still uses theirs today and feels like it still works well? I could also get an inspire 3 for 60-70 bucks but

I have an inspire 3 with similar sleep patterns (fewer hours, more in the 5-6.5 range, with more front loaded deep sleep and the occasional bouts of insomnia) and had a home sleep study that came back with moderate sleep apnea. Yes, I found my old Fitbit one 18 months ago, I charged it up and the Fitbit app found it. I don't use it as I have an Inspire 3, I just wanted to check it still functioned.

I use the fitbit inspire 3 with Symptom Shark. It sends me alerts when the fitbit app tells it I'm in the active zone. The problem is the fitbit app doesn't always communicate well. Might work better with a different device, but the app itself is great.
