Don't trust the heart sensor on your device!!!
I have been using the Inspire 3 for a couple of months, and I discovered something concerning this morning. The heartbeat count sent from the device to the app in real-time is (at times) so way off that it changes all the functions the app calculates and reports to us.
I usually listen to an audiob

Why I ditched smartwatches for Casios
Yeah I was never a fan of smart watches. They are just a worse version of a smart phone. I wear my 5610 in my left wrist and on my right wrist my Fitbit inspire 3. I turned off all phone notifications on it, because the screen real estate is so small for reading all that. I only use it for the heart

Anyone switch from Fitbit Sense 2 to a Samsung watch?
Fitbit Charge 6 is the latest my dad uses it and loves it. I use the Pixel Watch 4 it's great but only 36 hours battery and quite expensive. In a month's time Fitbit will launch a Whoop competitor with just a band for around $100. It'll have allegedly a week's battery life and all the latest algos a

No screen lock during workout? Wtf?
Coming from Garmin and then Suunto. After a ton of research, finally decided that an Inspire 3 does enough to fit my needs and would be more comfortable than a larger sports watch.
Fit is great, sleep tracking seems right, app seems organized enough, notification display is better than I was expect

How does rhr work after not wearing for a while?
Over the last three weeks, I haven’t worn my Inspire 3 consistently. I accidentally left it behind when I went away for a few days, and then I came down with a bad head cold.
The last time I wore it overnight was while I was sick, so my resting heart rate was understandably higher than usual. Since

Inspire 3 Stops Recording
Need advice. I bought an inspire 3 to track my sleep and heart rate. It works beautifully all day, but for some reason at night while I sleep it stops recording heart rate and sleep data. Anyone know how to resolve?

Resting heart rate spike
I’m 24, F, recently had some stomach problems and have been on a prescription for about two weeks but this isn’t listed as a side effect.
I’ve also had some other high resting heart rate issues with my Inspire 3 giving me notifications but nothing showing up in the app for having a high resting he

How accurate is the Inspire 3?
This is my first post on the subreddit so im sorry if someone's already asked this, but how accurate is the Inspire 3 in terms of Heart Rate and sleep. I'm okay with a margin of error but does anyone have any experience with the range? I don't really use my Fitbit for steps, mainly just heart rate a

Just got Inspire 3, at least 27 min of this is me in class lecturing. What's going on?
Maybe 8 min of this is me walking fairly briskly to class, but my lecture starts at 12. I'm a TA so I was standing and talking the whole time. Is it really possible that my heart rate maybe being elevated from anxiety is making this show up - and more importantly, am I actually burning any calories
