Don't trust the heart sensor on your device!!!

I have been using the Inspire 3 for a couple of months, and I discovered something concerning this morning. The heartbeat count sent from the device to the app in real-time is (at times) so way off that it changes all the functions the app calculates and reports to us.

I usually listen to an audiob

Inspire 3 Sleep Tracking Bug?

I bought a Fitbit Inspire around a month ago to help track my sleep. I’m a really poor sleeper and wanted to be able to get a better idea of how I am sleeping.

At first I loved the information I was getting but over the last week, it seems to be bugging out on me. The sleep parameters are usually n

Why I ditched smartwatches for Casios

Yeah I was never a fan of smart watches. They are just a worse version of a smart phone. I wear my 5610 in my left wrist and on my right wrist my Fitbit inspire 3. I turned off all phone notifications on it, because the screen real estate is so small for reading all that. I only use it for the heart

Bought an Inspire 3 recently. Loved it for the first week now it feels useless

Bought an Inspire 3 about 2 weeks ago. The first week was great, worked well out of the box, did everything I wanted it to (sleep tracking, steps, vibrating silent alarm, telling time, good battery life). Second week in its constantly unpairing from my phone despite having both on me and it’s been r

You should go with fitbit air, surely air and inspire 3 share same sensor but the data quality is much more advance in fitbit air than inspire 3 due to the google great algorithm and company generally give more importance to their new product, also you can wear fitbit air on biceps, and personally f

Anyone switch from Fitbit Sense 2 to a Samsung watch?

Fitbit Charge 6 is the latest my dad uses it and loves it. I use the Pixel Watch 4 it's great but only 36 hours battery and quite expensive. In a month's time Fitbit will launch a Whoop competitor with just a band for around $100. It'll have allegedly a week's battery life and all the latest algos a

Smartwatch advice

The Fitbit and the Inspire 3 will do part of the job. Both track heart rate optically at the wrist and can flag an irregular rhythm in the background, which is useful for logging when something happened. What they won't produce is a trace a cardiologist can read. That takes an ECG feature, and even

Is the air or Inspire 3 worth it?

Well depends on your needs but sounds like light work outs etc... I'd say the Air would work for your needs. It also feels better on the wrist. However, if you are interested in using Blood OX monitoring. Fitbits are now trash for that. Google in the start of 2016 removed minute by minute tracking s
