Took my tween’s phone & iPad away and the results are immediate and amazing
Ditto. I know it's because they can't have teachers analyzing whether it's a full-up Apple Watch or a severely restricted Fitbit Ace LTE or something, but it's still frustrating. We've compromised by having the kids put them in their backpacks while they're in school and wear them the rest of the ti

Is the Ace 3 for kids discontinued?
My son uses a Ace 3 fitbit. Smart watches are not allowed in school but fitbits are. My son is autistic and he really likes it and we use it to track approximately how much he sleeps.
I was looking to get a replacement and realized they are no longer on the website. I can only find the $230 ace lte

New Fitbit Ace LTE - add a child's friend as a contact?
Sorry, this is a cross post from r/Fitbit, I like your separation of concerns when creating this subreddit.
Is there a way to add my child's friend as a contact? Hopefully I am missing something obvious to enable.

Fitbit Ace LTE - Honest Review
We bought a Fitbit Ace for our 8 year old for Christmas because my wife and I both wear biometric trackers and he wanted to track his steps and activity like we do.
After a few weeks of use as a parent and watching my kid engage with it, I'm very mixed on the product. I hope the Google/Fitbit produ

Fitbit Ace Lte "School Time" - Inability to Block activities
I was finally able to get the Ace watch running. I thought it woudl be easy to freeze activity on the watch, but it's confusing and clumsy. There appear to be two ways to theoretically block activities:
- Fitbit Ace App - "School Time". When I toggle this on, however, it does not block any activ

Disable Noodle in Fitbit Ace LTE?
Is there a way to disable the noodle in Fitbit Ace LTE? I got this for my 13yo just for location tracking and for calls/messages and this device seems to be perfect for that. Not ready for a phone yet. Not interested in any of the games/goals, etc. The only issue is the noodle is very childish for a

Assurant is annoying
Got the Fitbit Ace LTE for my kid. He loves but took the bumper off and lost it the 1st day. So on the 4th day he of course dropped it and cracked the screen. Had the insurance because kids are monsters so I filed the claim and paid the $30 deductible.
Received a Pixel Fold ($1300 phone) instead o

Fitbit Ace LTE - A Total Mess
I could not be more disappointed to find out how poorly this watch actually works. Am I missing something?
The main purpose of buying this watch was for its restrictions. I like that only people with the app can communicate with my child. If I wanted them to have an Apple Watch, I'd have bought on

Fitbit Ace Lte "School Time" - Inability to Block activities
Yeah, that's odd. When I set mine up, I didn't use Family Link to do it. I can't imagine that Google would have the option in the FItBit Ace LTE app and not have it do what it says it would do. Aside from a bug or something. Just a note, the games get blocked but you can still go into your house and
