Grinder with built-in scale for V60/espresso switching?

There are quite a few good (high consistency) Ground by Weight grinders, that will do fine enough for espresso, as well for drip/immesion etc. - have a look at the Fiorenzato Allground Sense, Eureka Atom W75 and Mahlkönig E65S GbW.

Grinder to accompany Profitec Ride? Sub [$2000]

I'm currently using a Fiorenzato Allground Sense. And absolutely love GBW. Perfect fluffy even grounds, every time.

Upgrade path or straight to endgame discussion

ECM Sync II and Fiorenzato AllGround Sense. Loved the look of the LM Micra - beautiful machine, excellent build quality and reliability. Couldn’t pull the trigger though as it felt too expensive for a machine that is comparatively light on features. Ended up with the ECM Sync II and love it. Heats u

Trying to simplify my work flow. Should I get rid of the distributor?

So, I've literally done some blind taste testing on this, with my son. If you've got a grinder that produces clumpy grounds , WDT seems to have some benefit. By benefit I mean less bitterness, better ability to taste the different flavours of the beans. We found reproducible benefits in blind taste

Which grinder should I get [€1,000]

I ran my Lelit Bianka with a Eureka Mignon Specialita for couple years and recently upgraded to Fiorenzato AllGround Sense (GBW) and it is the single best decision I had made. I cannot compare it to the Mazzer Philos (which was my other option), but Incan only recommend this one. It is precise, fast

Suggest a new Grinder Please

I would personally skip eureka, I had 2 eureka mignon, one was zero and one was 65 AP and they had horrible retention and it clogged like 8 out of 10 times. Returned it and got these instead. The fiorenzato all ground sense is built like a tank and low retention and it's super easy to open up the bur

Coffee set up for new home! [< £3000]

I've upgraded my setup recently, and I would say that my situation was similar to yours. I had Dedica and Kingrinder K6, so I really want to level up my setup. I was choosing between Elizabeth and MaraX, and dual boiler has won me on papers and in Reddit, and when I saw Elizabeth irl Ive thought tha

Grinder needed!

+1 for Fiorenzato AllGround Sense. In my country it's about $900, before tariffs it was $1200 in the US, I'm not sure now. It's extremely solidly built. Pretty. Very easy to use, repeatable, easy to clean and can be very easily adjusted to moka/filter/aeropress settings

Do you own more than one coffee grinder? [$1000]

TL;DR: I have only one grinder that I use acros the range. My Fiorenzato AllGround Sense does a great, consistent grid from pour over to espresso. If I did a lot of French press, I might still need a mortar & pestle. I have a Fiorenzato AllGround Sense which, I believe, is just over the 1K$ US thres
