I'm assuming you want Bluetooth, check out the sennheiser 450BT. If that's too much check out the fiio eh11 and eh13. And if you don't want Bluetooth, look into iems.

under 4k gives you tons of options, sony xm5s or bose qc45s are solid if you want mainstream anc, but if you're open to iems the fiio eh13 or moondrop variations punch way harder for the price.

I've heard good things about the QCY H3S and the FiiO EH13, but if you can stretch your budget a little bit you could get the CMF Headphone Pro.
