[Release] Fi releases Fi Ultra - the first tracker powered by T-Satellite with Starlink - AMA
Ok so when camping in a remote area for 4 or 5 days without electricity, youre saying it wont last? Also its like an addition to the regular fi tracker, not a replacement? This would be what I was looking for because me and my boy are always hiking and camping in remote areas but trying to keep trac

Updated step tracking?
In another thread about this there's a pinned comment stating they know they messed up and are correcting the issue. On my 50 lb dog's 2.5 mile walk last night he got 1.5k steps, did the math and each of his "steps" were 9 ft. See pinned comment here https://www.reddit.com/r/FiDogCollar/s/25bNDF2Ka1

Tracking collar recs?
We have Fi collars on our dogs but they’re not my favorite. Once got an alert that our dog had escaped and was running through the neighborhood but was actually at home the whole time - very worrisome as I was not at home when I got the alert and rushed home to search the neighborhood for him. I’ve

Regular client asked me to cancel another booking for double pay
It’s the way the collar works for reliability. The F1 collar specifically, if you’re not connected to the homebase, the collar on the dog does not read the same information. For example, mapping and tracking routes. Most people with these collars are very dedicated to tracking, even when they are wa

Upgrade from mini to 3 and costs?
I own both. Mini and 3+.Which extra features are you talking about? There are absolutely no difference. And the mini connected to a Fi base, the battery lasts up to 3 months.I initially got the 3+, got replaced for a new one, and for the headache they sent me the mini as a “gift”I’ve switched a few

Fi 3 Excessive Battery Use
My collar is only a few months old and drains it about 10 to 15% a day. I complained enough with them enough they’re sending me a 2nd base for free. They will not replace my collar, and keep saying that it is a connectivity issue. Which is ridiculous because my dog is within 100 feet of her base 90%

Anyone else's fi collar pop off their dog?
I have two Fi collars on small dogs (one 18 lb, the other 15) and BOTH collars have broken apart where the Fi unit actually connects to the collar. Fi replaced my first one but I don't have faith in the product to put my dogs life on the line for it. Seems like a collar should be dependable enough s

Finally put to use…the Fi saved my pup
That’s ridiculous. When I got the Fi collar, it worked marvelously!! It was the whole reason I got the mini when I got my Sphynx. When my dog ran out the door and went exploring, immediate notification. Less than 6 months in, issues. If you have to boundary, I would get the heavy-duty panels that fo

Upgrade from mini to 3 and costs?
When I switched from 3 to mini, I had just been charged another month on my 3, and my mini came with a full year prepaid. I thought the year would start after the current paid month ended but it did not. It removed the 3 from my account, I couldn’t cancel the monthly renewal on it, and it auto activ

[Release] Fi releases Fi Ultra - the first tracker powered by T-Satellite with Starlink - AMA
I've been getting emails about the Fi Ultra and finally looked into it. I have two Series 3+ collars, and overall I've been happy with them. The one feature I've always wished they had was satellite coverage for those times we're hiking or traveling through areas without cell service. I was surprise
