[Release] Fi releases Fi Ultra - the first tracker powered by T-Satellite with Starlink - AMA
Ok so when camping in a remote area for 4 or 5 days without electricity, youre saying it wont last? Also its like an addition to the regular fi tracker, not a replacement? This would be what I was looking for because me and my boy are always hiking and camping in remote areas but trying to keep trac

Location Mandatory for Collar?
This is probably my biggest complaint about the app, and I’ve commented on it here several times before. Simply knowing whether or not the dog is with you should only require a Bluetooth connection to the collar, not location. The walk tracking feature needs location since it uses the phone for that

3rd Post Today (By Me) Regarding Crappy GPS Tracking - Read this from 7 months ago
As someone said in that link you provided: "You phone was reporting a location and your watch was reporting another set of location. Strava on your watch is designed to report at very frequent intervals and kills its battery very fast (you likely recharge your watch every day). Your Fi collar is aim

Your lost dog can now call home with the world's 1st satellite-connected dog collar
5 day battery life and its a clip on device. Collars, lights, tags, and other accessories get snagged all the time on dogs. Also, you cant track your dog without your cellphone having cellular service. So if you become separated from your dog in a TSAT only area, you cant track them. Its also an add

Fi collars + leashes?
When we used them, the dogs just had two collars. One for the Fi, one for the leash. Fi collar stayed on all the time, leash collar stayed with the leash. Got to be a pain to constantly charge the Fi so we stopped using them. Dogs never go anywhere anyways.

Upgrade from mini to 3 and costs?
I own both. Mini and 3+.Which extra features are you talking about? There are absolutely no difference. And the mini connected to a Fi base, the battery lasts up to 3 months.I initially got the 3+, got replaced for a new one, and for the headache they sent me the mini as a “gift”I’ve switched a few

Fi 3 Excessive Battery Use
My collar is only a few months old and drains it about 10 to 15% a day. I complained enough with them enough they’re sending me a 2nd base for free. They will not replace my collar, and keep saying that it is a connectivity issue. Which is ridiculous because my dog is within 100 feet of her base 90%

Fi mini cat on outdoor cat - real world battery life estimate?
Mine lasts 2-3 days but the thing about this FI is it DRAINS my phone battery like crazy. I freaking hate it. I now have to charge my phone 2-3x a day. Also it’s big for my cat. She doesn’t like it. I had to put it on a non safety release collar (dog collar) and it’s just too big. I feel bad making

Anyone else getting this notification? I've had a Fi collar for about 2 years and never got this before.
The thing is though, me and my dog are never inside. Thats why I got the fi collar to begin with. We're always out hiking, at the park, at the beach, paddleboarding, camping, road tripping. We're always out and about. With the series 2, we could be 5 days away from the base (on a road trip somewhere

Is it worth to buy Gps Dog Collar or Leash?
you absolutely Need to be able to keep your pet dog under control at all times. The main way to do this is to train them to be on leash. Recall training is very important too in case your dog needs to come back to you while they're off leash. A GPS tracker like a Garmin which is extremely accurate i
