How to work out DPO?

So yes you would be correct that DPO would be the number of days after the day with the circle around it. But, as other mentioned since you are TTC, solely relying on the app is not helpful. There's things you can check in order to help you understand when you're most fertile: Cervical Mucus: Wet &

Am I overthinking temping? How does everyone ensure consistency on this?

Oura ring is pretty pricy and on top of that you have to pay every month. For me, it is just not worth it. I just temp whenever I am fully awake (usually 8:30 +/- 1 hour). Also, I don't temp the whole cycle but only around half of an cycle. This is enough to confirm ovulation. I can recommend the Fe

Ovulation Kit Feedback

I used the premom strips with the app and found it quite easy. I have a very quick peak, so I had to test multiple times a day to make sure I didn’t miss it. I also used the Femometer ring to confirm ovulation. I found the combination worked well for me.

Did I ovulate?

Thank you so much for all of your information and guidance!! I’ve been tracking my cycles for almost 6 months now I believe, but only in the last few really started tracking my body signs like CM and BBT. When we tried before, we inseminated 12 hours after a positive LH strip and then 12 hours after

Ring won’t connect

That definitely sounds frustrating, especially while you’re TTC. A few things you could try: Make sure the app is fully updated and the Bluetooth permission is turned on (sometimes a recent phone update can cause a connection hiccup)... Try placing the ring back on the charger for a few minutes, the

Ring won’t connect

Don't stress, it'll work eventually :) Try this: go into your phone’s Bluetooth settings and “forget” the ring, then restart your phone and re-open the Femometer app to pair it again from scratch. Sometimes it just needs a clean reconnect. If it still won’t pair, reach out to Femometer support throu

BBT tracking ruining my mental health - help!

I just ordered the Femometer ring even though I have an Apple Watch, as my temps are a bit up and down and you’re supposed to wear the watch on the inside wrist and often forget to do that, PLUS your Apple Watch only takes temp when you have sleep mode and sleep tracking on which is a bit annoying i

Best ring for TTC/ Temp Checking

Here! Made a post for you and or anyone else interested in seeing what the Femometer ring with the app provided! I didn’t purchase any subscriptions or premium content… it came with the ring I guess. One caveat I don’t like — whereas natural cycles and Inito start counting the start of a post pre te

Oura Ring or Initio?

I went for the Femometer (first generation) ring in last year's black Friday sales, it's much cheaper and the app is designed with cycle tracking in mind (not fitness with bonus cycle tracking), so you can track LH strips similarly to premom as well. You only wear it at night, and I've no complaints

Can 3 vials of ICI sperm do anything if you don’t know when you ovulate ? Like can you do one at the surge , another 12 hours later and other 24 hours to give yourself a chance ? Or it is a waste of money .

No I totally get it! I bought the femometer ring so when my alarm goes off in the morning for work I just grab my phone, open the app, and it synchs which makes it easier for me. I’m 5DPO so I’m not sure yet!
