Espresso Series 1 owners, be aware that volumetric mode is turned on by default…
Thank you for this post. I'm a Fellow fan-boy. Been buying there stuff since day 1. My wife and I got the Series 1 - our first espresso machine. We love espresso and a good latte, but never had a machine at home. I feel like we are the target audience for a machine like this. Out of the box volume s

What's going on with Drops? Getting iffy.
I had ZERO luck with Gitare AB. Complete waste. It was the most frustrating coffee I have ever tried to dial in. The ES1 profile spit out the same yield no matter what grind I used, and I’ve calibrated my volumetric settings according to fellows recommendations. I think if fellow is going to recomme

Nick from Fellow who’s been leading the project talks about this in reply #41 i

Fellows machine advice? [$2000]
Fellow is tricky to get impartial advice. They have been linked to an influx of AI content on coffee subreddits as well as indiscreet influencer-type content barely disguised as genuine. They also have a history of sending their customers entirely new products (which are bulky, heavy) for any proble
