Commonly disconnected at time of need. Newer C31 wired seems to be stable at the moment. C35 wireless gets disconnected from HB3

If you have an existing Ezviz setup, then it may be better to stick with that, unless you plan to change to an entire new ecosystem for what ever reason. Eufy products are pretty much wall gardened within their own product line and theres generally no interoperability with any other camera systems.
