My eufy e340 floodlight cam regularly switched off recording and viewing. When it came back it was staring at the wall.. could never watch it for more than 1 minute before it disconnected. On tapo now and its been so amazing in comparison

Nobody seems to be responding. Based on what I've found: eufyCam S4 ($300) is solar and says it can record 24/7 with HomeBase3. Yes, I’m still waiting here. Continuous recording is working with motion detection switched off but that nerfs all the ai tracking and floodlight features. I’ve got a support ticket with Eufy on the go, the first reply asked to try a lot of things! - “Here are some steps you can try to address the i
