From Ring to eufy
This is excellent - thank you for taking the time, OP. I have two existing camera systems: an 8 camera hardwired system, and a 10 camera wireless system. I also have a Ring doorbell. About three weeks ago I ordered a 4G LTE 330 so I could keep an eye on one of my properties without Internet access.

Love Eufy
Did the same, added two floodlight cams as well. Should arrive Tuesday. There are some good videos on Youtube that walk you through the Eufy App and the functionality of the E340s. Here is one: https://youtu.be/iOwDVhvvLQ0?si=PEY4mP2yo-HYyyVk Tips for those that haven't installed - I have a friend w

I was just about to make a $1200+ purchase on the Eufy website, then I scrolled this sub. Would I make a mistake by buying in?
I love my eufy setup. 2 E340 doorbells, 2 C220 locks, 1 C30 lock, 5 2C cameras, 3 indoor pan & tilt cams, and the E30 floodlight. No real issues with any of them. After some tweaking with positioning, sensitivity levels, etc they're totally set it and forget it. Naturally, they don't quite compete w

Should I trust Eufy?
I am in "trial" mode for the Eufy system. I had Arlo which generally worked but was starting to show age. Plus the Arlo company sucketh eggs. And they're slowly forcing users to a subscription model. Perhaps Eufy will too one day. But my experience so far with Eufy has been very good. I have the E34

Which Eufy Doorbell (wired) should i get?
eufy’s cameras are a great idea but it’s poorly executed. the best camera they ever made was the floodlight e340 in my personal experience of owning it for years. the software is buggy and an update can ruin all ur cams. i’d go full POE system from reolink. they have floodlight cams and doorbell cam

Don't waste your money on unreliable Eufy security cameras!!! I won't be buying any more Eufy security cameras, and neither should you.
Love my Eufy floodlight cams hardwired, doorbell, door locks. No homebase, just use the app. No complaints here. All on my mesh network.

E340 - I'm excited
I’ve installed two of these at two different family homes - they’ve been fantastic. Lights are plenty bright enough and we’ve stopped several intrusions checking for unlocked cars on our property in the past 18months as-well as had two neighbours around us broken into - again the lack of a driveway

A family member wants to murder us
I live on 5 acres that’s fenced & gated & felt the need for security on our compound. 1st off I would get your gate operational. You need “layers of protection” starting around your perimeter. If Gate is solar it’s panel is charging a battery & that battery probably needs to be replaced & solar pane

Opinion on security camera?
Eufy flood light cam or ring floodlight cam if you want something that just works and still keep the lights. Note, make sure your wifi reaches that area of the house upstairs. They do require a subscription.

Renting home, PoE seems rough
I looked at them all also, and don't get me wrong I liked PoE, but for the cost, decided to try the Eufy floodlight cam that is hardwired powered by 120 volts, saves video on to a micro SC card, and communicates through Wifi, and a Eufy doorbell cam that is also hardwired for power, saves to the bui
