In search of a keyboard so creamy I could cry
Epomaker G84 with creamy jade switches. Probably the best keyboard I own. A close second is the Yunzii B75 Pro, both the switch options (cocoa cream and milk) sound so nice. My experience is with more budget keyboards, so I don't have any suggestions for more expensive ones.

Irok mg75 max or Melgeek real67
I dont have the irok but have both the melgeek made68 and real67. Melgeek keyboards builds are really nice although the case are just plastic, made68 has aluminum version while real67 do not. A good hotswappable keyboard for a newbie
The Keychron Q3 fits all that criteria, as well as the Mechlands Ajazz AK870. The mechlands has a screen and knob that can be swapped with keys whenever you want which is pretty cool.
