I'm using the "G-Wolves Fenrir Asym" and yes I do enjoy it alot. It is a very niche fingertip mouse so I'm not sure I can confidently recommend it as the shape is quite unique. If I were to recommend a more "normal" mouse I'd choose from Endgame gear OP1 8k or OP1w 4K, Ninjutso Sora v2 or AIM1 Shigu

the op1 8k is great but also consider that its quite small, if you have larger hands maybe consider the xm2 8k instead from the same brand, internally its the same but it has a larger shape and i believe lowkey uses it, you can compare the shapes here (click 3d at the bottom)
