What is something relatively cheap that improves your life by 100%?
1 printer is enough for me, so I don’t got down the rabbit hole. I recommend you go for bambu a1 mini for some one who don’t need hustle of tinkering I have elegoo neptune 4 plus the main downside is the spare part limited and bigger size for bed calibration. Example useful i had printed pegboard an

P2S folks, how satisfied are you with your machines? Thinking between p2s ams2 and a snapmaker..
Came from an Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus and this thing is on another planet. Can´t tell about the difference to Snapmaker and Slicer. But Bambu Studio and the profiles are simply perfectly matched. I am using Geeetech filaments with the Bambu material profiles and it is fantastic! In all the years i neve

Bambu A1 or some alternative?
I just bought an A1 and I use orcaslicer. I use wifi, and the A1 supports it using the closed lan settings. Bambu slicer works better but neither are a problem. My other fdm is an elegoo Neptune 4 plus, and I will say the A1 is way easier out of the box. Any elegoo will require much more attention,

Anycubic Kobra 3 Max vs Elegoo Neptune 4 Max
I've got a Neptune 4 plus and I know the struggle. I ended up buying a p1s and giving my Neptune 4 plus away. Elegoo completely lost me as a customer once I started using my p1s.

I Can't Tell if this Printer is All Hype!
First printer was Neptune 4 plus. Was a nightmare, had to replace it once and ended up returning it altogether. I contemplate giving a better model a try and I generally like their filament. I currently have a P1S and it's given me issues too...like randomly trying to murder itself a couple days in

Would not recommend
I bought Elegoo Neptune 4 plus, used PETG, halfway considering doing a post on it, since a lot of scraps from the time a print got messed up and stuck itself to the magnetic plate on the hotbed and were melted in, I'm an Engineering student and the only thing I had to do was to clean the nozzle by..

I got bought this printer for $100 and the X axis belt got shredded
If you or someone you know has another printer, you can print a replacement from here: https://www.printables.com/model/550095-elegoo-neptune-3-pro-belt-tensioner-for-toothed-id/files I don't think the default position of the model is ideal tho, I rotated it 90 degrees so the layer lines are paralle

Anyone else consider a nozzle that's nearly the same cost as the printer?
All metal but not bimetallic heatbreak : Prusa Core One L Brass nozzle, copper sleeve and titanium (or is it stainless?) heatbrake. Yeah, it's not bimetal but trimetal. You got me. Modern printer, no cooking PTFE. Precisely my point. PTFE lined heat break : Elegoo Neptune 4 plus Not based on the spa

Brand new on December 25, now major issue.
My first fdm printer was an elegoo Neptune 4 plus. Not a good choice for a novice. But, you will learn a lot about 3d printing!! I use orcaslicer. The others are correct, we need to see your settings for a better understanding. I never used the elegoo slicer. I find that my elegoo printer needs a lo

Buying husband 3D printer
My first is an elegoo Neptune 4 plus, but I would not recommend as a starter. My experience...they need a lot of love and tweaking. I bought a Bambu A1 with AMS, and out of the box it just works. Plus, 4 color printing. I use both, but I would lean Bambu unless he likes to tweak shit and get frustra
