Neptune 4 Plus

I've got a Neptune 4 plus and I know the struggle. I ended up buying a p1s and giving my Neptune 4 plus away. Elegoo completely lost me as a customer once I started using my p1s.

My honest advice as a Neptune 4 Plus owner is to cancel the order, and don't order from Elegoo again. But if you insist on keeping it... Tighten the screws regularly or use screw sealant, they may come not fully tightened from the factory and they will definitely get loose over time due to vibration
