I just can't anymore, I think I'm done
Honestly you are probably missing something basic. Mars 4 is a pretty noob friendly system. I one time was trying to force failed print troubleshooting another printer and the dang little thing would just keep outputting prints in conditions that would have failed any other printer. Did you print th

What Resin printer to buy for minis?
I use elegoo mars 4. It does it job, it s a rather simple machine. It s also made in china, so expect some problems, and that a few parts (fep but also screen) are consumables that u have to change once in a while. You can get one for fairly cheap and l see very few reasons to buy a more expensive o

Coming back after years.
Imho - you should upgrade. New printers have a much better screen resolution and printing speeds. My general recommendation for small printers = Mars 4 ultra. For midsize - Saturn 3 \ Saturn 3 ultra. Slicers - depends. Will you buy subscription ? Or use free version ? $$$ slicer - lychee plus. Free

What Resin printer to buy for minis?
If it's just for minis, printers like the elegoo Mars series are totally fine. Right now I use the mars 4 and I printed 4 armies and 6 warbands in the last 3 years. But it's important to have a place for it. It's smelly and the fumes are not good for your health. Temperature is another problem. Prin

Should I buy a new Centauri Carbon now, or wait for a good second-hand deal?
I got a second-hand Mars 4 Ultra directly on the Elegoo website, with 2 years guarantee! I probably got unlucky as it did stop working after a month and took some time to get the replacement part to fix but it worked perfectly again the second I changed the motherboard.

I want to start to print with resin.
You don't use water for cleansing, you use IPA. Once it's too murky to use you can just open its container outside and let it evaporate. Then cure and dispose of the leftover resin gunk. It's important to always cure resin before throwing it away. Or take it to a hazardous waste disposal facility. F

Anycubic vs Elegoo for beginner printers?
I feel it is worth mentioning, with the overwhelming response for team Elegoo... As a previous poster suggested, don't fall into the resolution trap. My Mars 4 9k makes prints that are just as sharp and detailed as the Saturn 16k. However, the Saturn 4U 16k has a heated vat, which is a huge bonus. M
