For that price, I'd say get adjustable dumbbells like Powerblocks, Eisenlink, Ironmaster, or Rep (not the Repins, the Quickdraw). They are all durable and just as if not more heavy. The Weight it Out handles look like you need a wrench to adjust... which in the middle of a workout I'd never do...
