For all that money you can get a 10-80lb Eisenlink set ($500) which is indestructible or catch the regularly occuring sale of nearly indestructible 90lb powerblocks ($500). 50lb Eisenlinks are like $350, and 50lb powerblocks are $250 when on sale. All adjustable dumbbells have some trade off. You probably have to compromise on one of your care points. Peppins and Powerblocks have a cage, Ironmaster/Eisenlink(clones) are slow changing, others are less durable with plastic parts etcetera. Not to mention max weight and price. I'm fine with my Tu
