Thank you the ticket is 760066. TLDR, Two Clean and one White light fail to pair with the LifX app and all bulbs show Homekit status: not found (albeit work for now in Apple's home app). Have ensured that 2.4ghz mode is on, am using multiple eero 6+ mesh units so connectivity isn't an issue. Sent in

Mine just gave me one 6+ and said if I wanted more to call the 1800 number. It replaced a 3 google WiFi 5 mesh, so that was disappointing. We’re getting by but I’m thinking about getting a nest pro 3 pack and sending back the eero.
