An ode to the Ducky One 2 SF

I bought a Ducky One 2 Mini back in 2019, and it's definitely not a bad board. I particularly liked the on-board approach to the firmware : no VIA, no QMK, no bloatware to use with it, everything was done on the board itself or with dip-switches. All of that being said though, I can't say this board

I have a Ducky One 2 Mini I got as a gift from my sister a couple years ago. I've loved it, but lately I've been thinking about swapping out the switches as the blacks it came with are a bit heavy. For a while I was assuming they would just pop out and be swappable, but now that I've properly looked

I have a Ducky One 2 Mini Frozen Llama and wanted to keep the stock case and keycaps. As you discovered, the Ducky One 2 Mini has soldered switches. I swapped in a new hot swappable PCB (1UP Keyboards pi60 RGB v2), aluminum plate, TX AP screw-in stabilizers, and new switches (Kailh speed copper). Ho

searching for keyboard recommendations !

For what you need, check out the Keychron K6 or the Ducky One 2 Mini both are good for gaming, have nice switch choices, and you can mess with the RGB lighting a lot. They feel pretty sturdy, even if they’re not aluminum. If you want a deeper comparison, have you checked out keyboardyeti? They go in

Looking for a new keyboard, what's everyone's suggestions?

Check out the keychron K6 or the Ducky One 2 Mini if you want a 60% board... They’re built well and have a bunch of switch options, plus you can grab them in black or pink. If you’re cool with TKL, the Keychron K8 is a good pick too, and it’s got Bluetooth. Also, keyboardyeti has a comparison table

Keyboard recommendations in Europe

check out Keychron or Ducky; they've got some good 75% keyboards that are sold in Europe. The Ducky One 2 Mini is super popular, and you can usually grab it with nice switches... If you’re thinking about custom builds, parts from Glorious or Drop could be cool, but you'll need to dig into that more.

Need help finding a keyboard!

Try the Keychron K6 or the Ducky One 2 Mini. They’re small, sound nice, and won’t break the bank go for ones with Gateron or Cherry MX switches if you want that nice thocky sound. Keyboardyeti has some good info to help you pick what you like.
