I have the exactly same issue with my L50 Ultra on fw. version 4.3.9_2759. Currently no fix for it. Tried every troubleshooting step Dreame provided and some of the tips from Reddit. Nothing worked. So you are not alone, but unfortunately I cannot be of more help.

What!! How did you get updated manually, that's insane. I've contacted Dreame several times about an upgrade to firmware 4.3.9_3544 for my L50 Ultra and they still refuse to do it?

Just started to setup my Dreame L50 Ultra and I'm having problems with it mapping at all. It gets stuck either on the dock, against a wall or just in an open space. Tried to position the dock in different locations in the apartment, removing the temporary map in between moving the base station. But
