I have a Dreame L40s Pro Ultra. The first 6 months were great. Other than filling/emptying tanks and bags, washing mop pags etc, it just did its thing and cleaned daily. The object avoidance was quite good and it rarely got stuck. But then it stopped being able to mop. I reached out to Dreame AU sup

I haven't looked too much into the Aqua10, but my advise is to never buy the first generation of new tech. There are always issues and signifcant improvements to be made. I personally think that robot vacuum are packed with tech and mechanical parts. Something is bound to break. I can't imagine them

My l40s pro ultra came afterwards and doesn't have that, so could you name robots from dreame who does have it. And most dreame robots can't, so what op said about his l10s that one for sure doesn't mix it. I had to speak with them for different things and all the times I was in contact with them th

The L40S Pro Ultra (and even some X40/X50 users) are seeing weird app behavior where deep carpet clean and carpet-first cleaning settings don’t properly save or apply, especially in zone cleaning or carpet-only modes. Workaround that helps some users: Turn “Clean Carpet First” ON (yes, even if you d

That behavior isn’t normal for the L40s Pro Ultra. A quick-mapping run should at least drive the perimeter of the room before creating a layout, and even a basic vacuum run shouldn’t stop after a few seconds. If you’ve already tried factory reset, different dock positions, and sensor cleaning with n

For oiled wood, run the Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 on the lowest water setting or just vacuum only. Honestly, most people with oiled wood end up using the robot mainly for vacuuming and doing occasional manual mopping with their proper cleaner. It’s just not a great match for that floor type long term.
