It's normal the brush guard can get scratched, but it isn't normal you're floor will be, my l40s pro ultra most it's rubber in the brush cover and the buraj cover is also slightly scratched, but I see no scratches on the floodr, normaly the robot is soft plastic ( so it's made to get scratches then

The L40S Pro Ultra (and even some X40/X50 users) are seeing weird app behavior where deep carpet clean and carpet-first cleaning settings don’t properly save or apply, especially in zone cleaning or carpet-only modes. Workaround that helps some users: Turn “Clean Carpet First” ON (yes, even if you d

For oiled wood, run the Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 on the lowest water setting or just vacuum only. Honestly, most people with oiled wood end up using the robot mainly for vacuuming and doing occasional manual mopping with their proper cleaner. It’s just not a great match for that floor type long term.

A little bit of extra suction power (which you wont even notice) doesn't justify the extra cost and loss of good features. So I'm ge

I like the auto brush lifting and a camera. Would be great if it had also the Auto mop detaching, but I see none of these models have it. Dreame, for example, has all these features in their L40S Pro Ultra, however it buying it leaves a bad aftertaste, because so far I've been very satisfied with Ro

On my Dreame L40s Pro Ultra I noticed that the plastic brush cover(where two internal brushes are placed) is very close to the ground even more it touches the floor slightly, this might be a problem, though I do not have wooden floor, I have tiles, but sometimes I can even hear the sounds of this br
