I have a Dreame L40s Pro Ultra. The first 6 months were great. Other than filling/emptying tanks and bags, washing mop pags etc, it just did its thing and cleaned daily. I believe the L40s Ultra AE has a smaller battery and slightly less downward pressure when mopping? What do we know is different, the AE removes the Voice Assistant (ok Dreame) and the obstacle Avoidance may be slightly better. Other than that it looks roughly similar

I have the exact same problem than you. Have you find any solution with your L40S pro ultra? My old roborock S7 was really great with furnitures legs but the dreame is terrible, some times, because of this behaviour, he doesn't go bellow some chairs even when he can.
