For oiled wood, run the Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 on the lowest water setting or just vacuum only. Honestly, most people with oiled wood end up using the robot mainly for vacuuming and doing occasional manual mopping with their proper cleaner. It’s just not a great match for that floor type long term.

Yes, its a downgrade. The GoVac 405 from costco aka Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2. This version's only upside from your GoVac 600 (Dreame L50 Ultra) is the slight increase in raw suction power, a little bit better at carpet cleaning. Everything else is a downgrade.
