First time owning a home in Vegas w/ a pool
Get a solar cover ($150) immediately. They greatly reduce evaporation and can block sunlight, reducing both your water costs and your chemical costs. Having a reel ($150) makes it much easier to take on/off. Get a pole, leaf net, brush. Buy PoolRX every year and throw it in your pump filter basket

New pool owner, what is a normal pool cleaning routine?
Highly recommend a robot cleaner, definitely makes cleaning it easy. Throw it in, turn it on and let it clean while you do something else. Ive had a dolphin nautilus cc plus for about 9 yr and have been happy with it. Not sure if you have salt water or regular chlorine, I've had both and salt water

Anyone use a robot pool cleaner that you like?
Bettabot SE for the top and Dolphin Nautilus CC for the in pool vac bot. I love them both. I have not had any cord tangle problems with the Dolphin, but I don't leave it in the pool except for when it is being used once a week. I have had it about 8 months without any issues and I use it year round

Are Pool Vac Robots worth the hype?
Gotta figure out what you want. I was paying a pool guy $140/month but he missed up twice in 4 months so I had to let him go; so either I was going to do it myself or get a vac. I'm lazy, so obv choice for me was a vac. I now just brush the wall once a week, that takes like 5 mins - and the vac does

best automatic pool cleaner that’s easy for a newbie?
I have a dolphin nautilus cc plus, pretty simple to use. Plug in, throw in the pool and turn it on.

The pool nerd
I’ve only had one pool bot, a dolphin nautilus supreme cc ($1500!!!). When it works, it works great! After a year and a half one of the sensors went wonky and I thought it was broken for 6 months. It keeps errorring with robot out of pool. I can finally get it to work again but I have to do a ritual

Underwater robot vacuum cleaner recommendation.
i had a similar situation last summer and ended up getting the dolphin nautilus cc plus. honestly, it’s been a game changer for my pool. super easy to use, just plug it in and let it do its thing. it comes with a nice swivel cable too, which is a plus. but, like, the filter gets clogged pretty quick

Recommend a robot pool cleaner
I just picked up the Dolphin Nautilus CC after spending days getting lost on research in the hundreds of pool robot brands. So far it's been great, I was advised to stay away from battery robots and just get one with a cord and I have no regrets (sure takes a few more minutes to put away but alleged

Robot cleaners for above ground
As a first-time pool owner, I seriously debated getting a robot cleaner especially after seeing the price tags (some of these things are $$$!). After scouring the internet and feeling like nothing was quite right for my 27ft above-ground pool, a friend recommended the one he used for his in-ground p

Anyone use a robot pool cleaner that you like?
I’ve had the dolphin nautilus cc supreme for 5 years, during the summer I use it 3-5 times a week, winter once every 2 weeks. I have no complaints, I don’t know what people are talking about with the tangled cord, that hasn’t been a problem for me.
