Highly recommend a robot cleaner, definitely makes cleaning it easy. Throw it in, turn it on and let it clean while you do something else. Our brand new Nautilus CC plus worked for 3 months last summer. Was stored indoors all winter, then worked fine for a couple weeks this spring and died. I have a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus. Never had an issue and cord has never tangled for me. I’ve had it for about 4 years now. It’s dumb meaning it doesn’t map the pool but it cleans it really well. Never had a cleaner pool and mine is curved pull as well.

Nautilus CC plus owner. Died under warranty (9 months after purchase), parts made of unubtainium. They wanted me to ship it to PA for a warranty repair, but was nearly the price of a replacement, and turnaround was 6-12 weeks according to them. Parent company less than helpful. Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus…our pool is 40’ x 28’. It plugs in near our deep end and will stretch all the way to the far corner. It’s been reliable and my only complaint is that it has left black marks in a few tight corners near my benches.
