Highly recommend a robot cleaner, definitely makes cleaning it easy. Throw it in, turn it on and let it clean while you do something else. I have a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus. Never had an issue and cord has never tangled for me. I’ve had it for about 4 years now. It’s dumb meaning it doesn’t map the pool but it cleans it really well. Never had a cleaner pool and mine is curved pull as well.

Nautilus CC plus owner. Died under warranty (9 months after purchase), parts made of unubtainium. They wanted me to ship it to PA for a warranty repair, but was nearly the price of a replacement, and turnaround was 6-12 weeks according to them. Parent company less than helpful. Dolphin Nautilus, there’s different grades so pick the one you think fits best. Amazon has the Nautilus CC Plus for $800. Or call a local pool co and keep your money in your community, you’ll probably pay more but 🤷🏻‍♂️ And don’t go cordless, the tech is too new to be reliable, as you’ve discovered.
