Gyms Worldwide Increasingly Ban Tube-Style Belay Devices in Favor of ABDs
It's one of several useful tools also including a DMM Pivot and an Edelrid Megajul which I choose depending on the activity. Belaying safety is a lot more complex than ABD good, tube bad.
