Looking for an ergonomic chair for prolonged sitting
Get one that has good lumbar and pelvic support. Maybe check the padding too. Herman Miller Embody or Steelcase Gesture are really quality ones, but they cost around $1k or $2k and aren’t budget-friendly. I’m not sure about your budget, but you don’t need to go that high-end.
