Thinking if moving to Heos from Sonos
The newer Denon 200, 400, and 600 speakers do not have Alexa built-in. The older 150, 250s, and 350s do, but you lose that if you get the newer version. They still support Siri (with a home pod on the same network), but no Alexa without an external echo device. It's really annoying.

I have both and there are a few things to consider. The Apps are both around the same level usability. I think the Sonos app is slightly better, but not by much.
