I was wondering the same, My Dell XPS 9570 works brilliantly on linux? Even the fingerprint sensor and all work flawlessly, thats the niche things I expected I'd have issues with

Have you ever used Ubuntu on your XPS?
Dell XPS 9570 worked well with Ubuntu. I think Fedora KDE runs just a bit better and cleaner from my experience between both. You really can't go wrong between either choice. Moved Alienware X15 R2 to Fedora KDE last year. No issues. Dell and Lenovo usually fair well with Linux out of the box.
