Unfortunately, this is a practice that Dell already knows. On my Inspiron 16 Plus 7640, the TGP reported for the 4060 in the Nvidia Control Panel is 70W, but Dell blocked it at 60W. The same goes for the XPS 16 9640 with 4070...
