I reinstalled Windows. That made a huge difference. Next I have bought a llano V10 cooling pad. It's the best cooling pad i have used. It has brought temps down by 20 degrees. So right now feel like my Dell XPS 15 9500 has a new lease on life. Oh one last thing, I have disabled the Nvidia GTX1650ti
