So just an update and maybe some can help with recommendation. After some research it seems the Dell S2425H looks like a decent work monitor. Cheapest on Amazon R2499. most other places it is above R3000

Dell S2425H IPS or BenQ GW2491. If you had to choose between these two then which one is better for eye health ?
I am sensitive to PWM flickering and can't use any OLED devices. I am not sure about BenQ but I have a dual monitor setup with Dell S2425H and I have no eye strain whatsoever.

Need 27" (or 24") monitor 15k–20k for dual‑screen office setup

AOC Monitor OLED or Mini-LED
Not sure if my monitor was old, defective, mostly I used for work, just started to play game a while ago and notice smearing on this ips dell E2720HS. The smearing stopped when I changed to a Dell S2425H. Im considering upgrading a mini led, but torn between a VA or IPS panel tho.
