Monitors - Included USB-C docks or just ship a separate dock?

Dell P2724DEB. One monitor, camera, speaker, 27" @ 1440p with DP out and a high 90W PD. Plenty of other ports and features. Any 27" Monitor that is easy on eyes?

Dell P2723DE has worked great for me thankfully. Another that works fine is Lenovo P34w-20 curved. I have tried several others which always gave problems.

It seems like people would run into this issue with the deb does dell have a recommendation for a 2nd monitor for the deb? Also did they make a P2724D or DE I couldn't find any
