Is there a way to change the temperature?
I don't believe you can adjust temperature. I would suggest reaching out to nespresso customer care, it could be an issue with the machine. If not, maybe return and get a different one. I have the De'Longhi Vertuo Plus machine and have never had an issue with the temp.
