Can the De'Longhi Stilosa actually make good coffee?
Can the De'Longhi Stilosa actually make consistently good coffee Ask Lance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ArLUQWBguhM He claims it makes espresso as good as his $4000 Linea Micra. How skilled are you at dialing in? Do you know what adjustments to make to compensate for different tastes? The EAF gu

What's the best beginner friendly espresso machine? [$250]
If you’re in that $250 zone, the Breville Bambino is honestly one of the best beginner machines you can grab. The big advantage it has over the DeLonghi Stilosa is its temperature stability and faster heat-up time. The Bambino makes it way easier to get something consistent without fighting the mach

Cool touch steam wand installed
Right? I upgraded to the Gaggia CP from DeLonghi Stilosa and was disappointed when my first shots poured out of the basket like a broken pipe. Turned out my grinder needed an upgrade too. It was all downhill from there.

What Machine Should I Buy As A Beginner? [$100]
Get a 51mm or 54mm machine. Much easier to dial in coffee. (and ultimately better in my opinion) I recommend Hibrew H10B, I haven't found a better 51mm machine (in my opinion it is better than De'Longhi Dedica, Stilosa or Casabrews CM5418)

I'm obsessed with Soup from my Picopresso. Is the OXO Rapid Brewer worth it for a better Soup experience?
I really don't think it's worth it. I've been trying to make soup on my DeLonghi stilosa with a dimmer mod and it's been pretty similar to the Oxo Rapid Brewer. I went ahead and bought one because I thought it would be better for travel than Aeropress which I've never been the hugest fan of. If you

Best budget espresso machine [$100]
The only way to do this for $100 is to get an open box/pre-owned De'Longhi ECP or Stilosa for under $56 (it's possible, with some work) and get a Kingrinder P1 for $44. Even then, you'll have to find a way to acquire a basket for the ECP or modify the Stilosa basket to be unpressurized. I didn't hav

DeLonghi Stilosa Espresso Machine - Yes or No?
From a quick google search I’m 99% sure it was a DeLonghi ecp3630. From a quick search it seems to be a step above the Stilosa. In my opinion, Breville bambino is a better choice at the low price range. There’s a price below which you’re better off to just save up for a better machine or keep using

Baratza Encore ESP grind size?
I am also new, with the DeLonghi Stilosa espresso machine and a 51mm bottomless portafilter. I have brand new beans. Limping along with my old Baratza Encore...its a bit long in the tooth and not up for accurate espresso grinds...plus, the interior plastic collar cracked this week. It still grinds f

How can I make better espresso [De'Longhi Classic and a De'Longhi KG89 grinder]
Following, because we just got a De'Longhi Stilosa and trying to figure it out. I'm not sure what our burr grinder is, it's old. This is our first espresso machine. I feel like i can get the espresso itself to turn out decent. Husband says it's not like what he gets at the coffee shops, though... Th

Why do I get those holes? [Opinion Needed]
A puck screen can help with the dispersion of water if you have a really bad shower screen. Example: De'longhi Stilosa. For the majority of machines though, you are correct. I agree though, this is very clearly channeling and I can't imagine this not having an impact on the cup. Edit: It's also sill
