Similarly the DeLonghi LaSpecialista. Bought for €730 - or €2 a day for a year if you want to think of it like that. If you're spending even €4 a day on one coffee, it'll have paid for itself within a year. Coffee beans aren't expensive per serving. I now actually look forward to having my coffee at

Quite the upgrade! Was a DeLonghi La Specialista before. Night and day, really. What made you choose the Philos grinder specifically?

Get the DeLonghi La Specialista Touch. It is great for beginners. It will guide you through the whole process of using a machine

After at least 400 espresso shots and buying a separate grinder that has 80 notches for fine tuning my grind, I can say I'm finally an intermediate. But I am always going to be held back by my De'Longhi la Specialista. I think when I can afford something that is only the espresso with the steam wand

I purchased model EC9335.M LaSpecialista in 2022 only to find now 2026 that no spare parts are available. The machine has had limited use and has been looked after well. One of 2 control knob’s broke off and DeLonghi don’t make replacements. So the machine is useless

We bought a Ninja Luxe Café after our DeLonghi La Specialista broke down for the 4th and final time. It’s the best coffee machine we’ve ever owned and cost just a bit over half what we paid for the La Specialista.
