Tried to build the ultimate mid-budget setup... What would you change?

DF is a cheap option that’s very barebones for someone wanting a higher clarity brew. Mediocre workflow and QC, low flexibility, but a solid out of the box experience for a great price. The Bianca V3 delivers commercial-grade performance, temperature stability, pressure/flow profiling, simultaneous brewing + steaming, and a build that can last decades with proper care. The ₹15k machines prioritize convenience and low cost over consistency, taste potential, and longevity. If you’re
