Kinda Depends on your boot size. I like the DB Hugger. Some people can get away with the 35l, others will need the 45l. If it classifies as a carry on will also depend on what company you will be flying with

Unfortunately you are asking to stuff 50lb of potatoes into a 10lb sack. The closest you are going to get is DB journey's Hugger Bootpack 45L which fits a pair of boots with a helmet squished on top of the boots.
