Dreadnought class! Sadly it took two AMT model kits to make a Dreadnought class ship. Also a lot of putty and glue. I read the book back in the day and always wanted one. It’s apparently Beta Cannon-ish.
I mean, they can always be scaled and printed in pieces like a regular model kit. As for the printer, I’d recommend the Creality K1 Max or K2 Plus if you want to print larger objects in one shot. Otherwise the Bambu P1S or P2S will do a great job (P2S combo is great for multi-color prints)

Is the AD5X worth it?
...I'm not too thrilled with how much waste is produced for one thing, and I would want an enclosure (that was the first thing I printed for each printer). I really like the idea of printing an enclosure for the AD5X but I've heard the wait time for the kit can be very long... If waste is the main and

What do you think of Creality K2 Combo?
Have the K2 Plus Combo, so that's the massive one, think it has the newer updates, could be wrong. Printing PLA Hyper and normal PLA. It just works. The plate is very textured though (not like the smooth S1 Pro one). But it does just work. Tag in a calibration of all its stuff (Creality Print so far

Anycubic Kobra S1 Max Combo — Reveal & AMA | Early-Bird Reservations + 3 Beta Tester Slots
Are we likely to see any videos of the Kobra S1 Max before the 25th of November? If the S1 Max is successful, would we see a middle tier S1 with similar upgrades? The Kobra S1 Max seems to be decently priced, especially with pre-order vouchers. It'll be interesting to see what Qidi have to offer; th

I've had an A1 mini for about a month and...
I have an A1 mini and wanted a larger enclosed printer too. About a month ago, I took a chance and picked up a K2 Plus combo from a site that auctions returned Amazon products for $650+fees (~$800). The door came detached from the hinge (fixed that day), but otherwise this thing has been a workhorse

3d printer for beginner
The creality K2 combo is a 260x260x260 build volume printer, lists for $550. Mention just to confirm which model you mean, since Crealilty has a K2 Plus combo, a K2 SE combo, and a K2 Pro combo. Not a cosplay person, but seems like a lot of the Cosplay redditors are considering larger format printer

Help me break free from Creality
Would any of these be a great fit, or more importantly are there any other printers I should consider. And also, is the H2D really worth it and should I save up, or is something half the price a better option? tbh, compared to your old crap any modern printer will be smooth sailing for you. check ou

Need help deciding on my first 3D printer
Unfortunately, when it comes to larger format printers you will have a higher price. It is hard to completely recommend a printer at a price limit of about $575 USD. Which is $800 CAD. With that said, I can give you my experiences with relatively recent large format printers. Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus -

New product challenge: watch the R&D video, tell us what it should be — 2 beta testers will be picked here
I’ve been printing for about 2 years now. I mainly print functional things for different sports and things around the house. I have a few thousand hours between all of the different machines. The machines I’ve used are the original S1 combo, A1 Combo, P1S, X1C, X1E, Qidi X-Max 3, Qidi Q2, Elegoo Cen
