I currently have two Creality machines (K1 Max, Ender-5 Max). They both work well now, but they did require some modification to overcome design flaws.

There is a Facebook group specifically for the Ender 5 max. It's not your fault. Then entire hot end (including the extruder) of this machine should be an embarrassment for Creality engineers. It has to be modified to work correctly and they seem to have zero interest or care to make the effort to f

I had a similar problem with the Ender 5 Max. Creality replaced everything I showed was damaged with no issues. I have had a couple of other issues that seem to have a common cause on the printer. I think the unit vibrates so much that screws get loose and eventually come out. So far I have reinstal

I love mine right now amd the support for anycubic printers is amazing. I do have some creality printers as well a

I had the same issue with Creality and an Ender 5 max…broken out of the box. Spent hours over the course of 3 weeks troubleshooting and replacing parts, some of them multiple times. Customer service was zero help. Then while filing a claim for the warranty I’d purchased with it, I learned the warran

creality sucks in general tbh, i had 6 new printers come in at work (3 k2, and 3 ender 5 max) i have problems with 2 out the box and two others had major issues like 1-2 weeks in of having them. ive had shittier 3d printers that have given me less problems than creality printers
