Ender 3 V3 SE consistently clogging
In general, I don't think clogging is related to the brand of filament. I don't know how well your Ender 3 V3 SE's hotend performs, but I noticed that the stock hotend on my Ender 3 V2 quickly reached its limits in terms of volumetric flow, especially at higher speeds or with thicker nozzles.

I have the same experience with the ender 3 v3 se. 60-80% of the time when I start an print they fail due to an calibration issue (again).
